"If you just want a place to lay your head at this price point it’s a great deal, but the shower/tub wasn’t the greatest and there is only one mirror which is located in the bathroom - so if someone is getting ready in the bathroom you’re out of luck for a mirror. Parking was right in front but the lot was very dirty with trash on the ground and dog poop."

"DO NOT PAY TO FOR THIS LOCATION!!! The host Monica never answered! She never sent updates on check in instructions! I contacted her prior to my stay and never heard from her and the day of there was no answer sent multiple messages and her phone was off it would go straight to voicemail. They take your money and the night of your stay your left to fend for yourself and pay to stay at another location. VRBO basically has not send me my refund as they keep saying they are solving the issue but...

"The apartment was perfect! Looks newly remodeled and very clean. There was enough parking out front. Easy check in and out. I would stay here again."

"The area is shady. The room looks just like the pictures uploaded on Vrbo. However, there were dirty towels, no hair dryer and the AC makes a lot of noise at night. At 5am in the morning another tenant (a woman I believe) knocked on our door and other doors in the complex due to fight with their boyfriend. The police showed up and one of them was arrested. We got like 4 hours of sleep that night."

"The owner has done a fabulous job making this a comfortable stay. The amenities are wonderful, the kitchen is brand new w all the necessities to make it feel like home. And the tech they have installed is awesome! Great location in a historical neighborhood central to greater El Paso"

"I was in a horrible accident on the way to El Paso for my Abuelito’s funeral. Never made it. Was released from the hospital two days ago and still refused a refund. Offered to provide proof. If you book this location make sure you want to stay. No matter what happens they stick to their no refund policy."

"We enjoyed our stay until the water was turned off unexpectedly. We had just spent two days without a shower, so it was disappointing. It was resolved that night, but we had gone to a hotel in the meantime. My only other complaint was how DARK the bathroom was. Hope the host can take care of that for the next guest."
