Find Hotel with a Concierge in Northwest Houston, TX

"Hotel is a little bit shabby and not updated (worn out carpet in hallways etc) but it is VERY comfortable and our room was very clean. Excellent staff - everyone we interacted with were SO nice but the best person was I believe Shavay, I might be messing her name up but she was a delight. Super kind and welcoming and warm, and made sure we were well taken care of for my birthday weekend trip. Hotel has a nice pool area and is quiet despite being right off the freeway (easy on/off) and very close driving distance to lots of shopping, food etc. We were only 15 minutes from House of Blues, we were in town for a concert so the location was perfect for us. And the hotel offered free secure parking which was lovely. The continental breakfast buffet is $20 per adult and delicious and fresh, included all the basics but also made-to-order omelettes, pancakes and egg options. "
