"Dave’s place is a gem. It could not be more perfectly located near superb places to eat and drink and the heart of downtown. It he place itself is beautifully decorated. Very easy to use the fireplace / stove. Beds very comfortable. Dave was very helpful with recommendations including the Fountain Cafe right next door which was outstanding. Will definitely come back."

Those are the things that didn't go well. On the upside, they let me enter my unit early and leave a little late without charge. The price was reasonable."
