"Everything was good and all went as planed, The only thing I didn't like was I had to pay for Damage deposit, 250.00 and I'm not a drunker and I don't like damaging hotel rooms, either then that, very clean and respectful stuff. Thank you"

The Explorer Hotel Yellowknife

"They decided randomly not to have room service but didn't advise anyone. Merely had voice message when rang for RS asking to leave message with room number and someone will call back. After 4 attempts over 1.5 hours I went to front desk to be informed that RS had been cancelled that evening (and most evenings during my stay). Only one lift working (result of deliberate damage caused over Christmas) no attempt to fix it) nor the front entrance where the car ran through and then hit the lift). Their room charge system wasn't working so every meal and charge had to be paid for separately at the time. "

"The property is clean and well maintained. Super amazing that Cynthia ensured there were snacks and water on site as well as a fully stocked kitchen. We had all the information we needed in the check in package and was a fabulous stay for us. We would definitely stay again our next trip to Yellowknife."
