"Keurig coffee pot made strange noises and did not make very hot coffee. Having to buy the pods is expensive. The towels were fine but could have used wash cloths as well. The beds are very soft so family did not sleep well. The platform bed in the master needs to be retired and is not good for older folks like us who need to get to the bathroom at night. We did not spend much time in the unit except to have breakfast and to sleep."

"The condo was very nice & exactly as described. Well furnished and supplied. The area was nice. Not exactly in the city but close enough to be convenient. Excellent location for the BalloonFiesta. The issue I had was communication with the contact person/owner. It took 45 minutes for the contact person/owner to get back to me to open the gate allowing me to enter the complex. Which left me sitting outside the complex for that amount of time. The instructions to enter the complex and find the...
