"Instantly greeted at the door by friendly staff. The lobby is so lovely, set out with flowers and a drinks/sweets cart Even though we were in a standard room, it was so spacious and comfortable."

"Easy access for terminal 2 for an early flight, a bit disappointing that breakfast was only available from 6am which does not work for early flights. Luckily the Lufthansa lounge provided food. Eat in the restaurant and the food and service was excellent. Would rate as a clean, curtious staff, no stress hotel."

"This is such a lovely hotel which is conveniently located for the tube, British Museum, shows, food and drinks. The reception staff were so nice and friendly. Would thoroughly recommend. "
