"Friendly staff, easy to get to and rooms were clean. Would book again."

"The hotel was beautiful and the people were great, with the exception of the manager. He promised to call back when i enquired about missing items. Took 3 calls to get him to call me back. Told me he didnt know how to work the new system and would send the items back as a courtesy. He then renegged saying he'd have to get a company card to do this. My friend and i were both charged for the transaction and each ending up paying, My card was charged without my permission after she had already paid them. When i called about this he admitted that it was his first time using the software, and told me to call my bank to cancel his erroneous charge. He kept calling me "ma'am" in a condescending manner, spoke over me and hung up on me. Not the kind of person who should be working in the hospitality field."

"Thank you for your courtesy, accommodation and assistance . I appreciated the cleanliness and comfort of this modest hotel. It is a short distance to gas stations, restaurants, a mall and the airport. In spite of the proximity of a fwy, windows muffled the sounds. I recommend this hotel if you are on a budget and want a great bed with cozy pillows."
