"We had a wonderful stay at Varney Hill Farm. The Loft apartment had everything we needed for our long-weekend stay visiting the Lakes Region. The apartment was clean and well kept. It was a nice balance of rustic, cozy charm for an 1800s farmhouse with the right touch of modern amenities. We got to explore the property a little bit, getting to see the horses, cows, and pigs. "Beautiful home and the property manager answered any questions very quickly. Everything went without a hitch. Check-in was flawless, the house was immaculate and extremely comfortable. They left water in the fridge (which we didn’t need), cute little toothbrushes and toothpaste in the bathrooms along with combs, shampoo, condition and body wash. This house had everything of we had forgotten something. "

"We had a great time. Loved the cabin super cute. Neighborhood & neighbors very nice. The lake & private beaches were great. We enjoyed the hot tub & fire pit. I brought a few games, but you had a nice selection as well. Kitchen was very nice with everything we needed for some nice big breakfasts to start our day. "My brother and I with his son stayed here while visiting family nearby. The house was clean and comfortable. When we arrived the lower level sliding glass door was open and I could not figure out how to lock it. Other than that I have no complaints. There was a snow storm during our stay, they cleared the driveway and stairs within 24 hours of the storm. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of linens. "We had an amazing 2 nights away with our kids. It was so peaceful and relaxing. The house was very clean, comfortable and welcoming. We felt right at home. We spent our 2 days fishing and sitting by the lake. John was extremely easy to get in touch with and responded very quickly to the few questions we had. We highly recommend this place and look forward to renting it out in the near future. "
