"The staff and accommodations were both great! Rooms were super comfortable, bed was the best in a hotel atmosphere I have ever encountered. My wife and I enjoyed the rocking chairs on the balcony overlooking the town and walking the halls looking at all the history and artwork. If there was one negative it would have to be the continental breakfast. My waffle tasted good but the options and the presentation did not come close to matching the quality of the rest of our experience. That being said, we still look forward to staying there again."

"Stayed in May 2024 and the hotel was newly reopened after a change in hotel chain ownership, and a full interior/exterior renovation. It was essentially a new hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Housekeeping was excellent. Located in central Norton, VA with many dining choices nearby. My only complaint is that trucks roll through town pretty early weekday mornings and there is some road noise. Overall recommended."
