"really liked being able to relax without being on the beds like in a hotel room. having a kitchen area was great to fix meals if we wanted. didnt like all the stairs but will keep this in mind for future use and request a first floor area. overall a great change from a hotel and was less expensive too."

"The staff here was top notch. We had to shift rooms since we booked two different room types on two separate occasions. The staff tried ways to keep us from having to shift but needed to be fair to their other guests. They made it convenient to hold onto luggage and even offered to relocate our luggage to new room while out during the day. Fresh fruit and water set out each morning on top of breakfast to take with us and amazing cranberry oatmeal cookies greeting us each evening."
