" When i originally booked the hotel i booked specfic room with certain amenities. The room i booked was not the room i got. When i asked the front desk they said oh they did renovations so its different.. i was disappointed in the fact that i didnt get what was advertised. I was fustrsted while there with h service. We were told there was room service but we didnt have a qr code or anything in there. The front desk said i could come up anytime to take a picture of the qr code. Unsure why i couldnt get one. Overall id rate it a 3.5. Very expensive restaurants. But if you go local theres some good better cheaper food"

"The property has gone under renovations and they have done a good job. The hotel was a nice break in between theme parks to relax and rest. "

"The Hotel Lulu location is great - super close to the convention center and there were loads of restaurants/cafes within walking distance. The room was comfy and very clean. The staff was lovely. The perfect stay for a work trip."
