"Every feature and facility of the Norwalk Inn and Conference Center was outstanding. Especially, however, were the staff. Everyone was warm and welcoming and always willing to make my stay as comfortable as possible. A special shoutout to Allegra, Kannon, Alfredo, Michael, Matt, and Frank who took care of my wife and I from the time we checked in until we left. I also do not want to forget Amanda, assistant to the the CEO, Maria. Thank you, all!"
