"We stayed here about 18 months ago prior to renovation. We were back and really enjoyed the new look and accommodations. The rooms were well appointed, very clean and comfortable. The quality of the bedding and shower were characteristic of a premium hotel. Would recommend for those who visit the Norwalk area. We ate dinner in the restaurant which also was very good. The only negative is the train but the room is well insulated so you can only hear a rumble in the distance. "

"The only suggestion i have is the outer doors should be locked ar all times if you could use your key to open the outer doors would be great. We had an issue at 4:00 in the morning with a man dressed only in shorts and socks banging on a door for 20 minutes we called the desk but the man walked away before if someone came at all . Also guests who are traveling do check out early it would be a nice suggestion if they could get a cup of coffee to go when they are checking out. Other than the man i still give the place 5 stars"

"The property was in a good location with plenty of parking. The hotel overall was pretty and clean. The front desk guy at nighttime is super friendly and welcoming. Would stay there again!"
