"Perfect"

"The apartment and its terrace has fantastic views of the fjord, but since it is located in the basement, it is badly ventilated and has a particular smell. The fireplace is definitely a plus (there is also enough firewood provided by the host), but unfortunately you can’t open a window in the living room to make sure that there is enough oxygen (so you have to open the front door).The bathroom has been renovated quite recently, so it is modern and clean. "The location is great but is up a steep hill or many steps. The street is beautiful, as is the neighbourhood and the bed is comfortable. I’m sure the accommodation was perfect when it was set up but now I think it needs a bit of a retouch as it’s a bit dated. Cleanliness: not ideal. When we arrived there was old food left in the fridge, food stains on the wall and old food left on the scrubbing brush. Furniture: the aim is clearly for a cozy feel but the organisation could be vastly improved....

"The apartment was in an excellent location, close to everything we wanted to do. The apartment was very comfortable and we enjoyed the small balcony where we could sit in the evenings. We also enjoyed the washing machine which was easy to use. The listing advertised parking which was something we wanted but there was no onsite parking. Since we were unable to read the signs in Norwegian and our translate wasn’t accurate, we parked on the street and got quite a hefty ticket. We tried finding a...
