Clean room, very friendly staff, just 5 minutes walking distance to Central Station, 15 to the Castle. Their motto “Affordable comfort for everyone” suits well. Will definitely consider this hotel when going to Norwich again.

The room was warm and comfortable with good facilities and room service. The 2nd floor room was staircase only and a curtain to let the light in would have been better. The proximity to the railway station was good.

Good for a night

Conveniently located near the train station, bit of a walk to the city but (if not able) there's a plenty of buses. Check in easy. Room was nice but couldn't open the window despite it being a hot day. Comfortable sleep.
