"It’s a typical inn—nothing more, nothing less. To be honest, I haven’t stayed at an inn in quite a while, so maybe this is standard now. There is no daily housekeeping unless you specifically request it. Even after we did, I’m 100% sure the bed sheets were never changed.
The shower water pressure is extremely low, although the water does get nice and hot. The towel warmer in the bathroom was a nice touch.

"Third year staying here. Staff is warm and friendly. They are always asking about your day, if they can help. Valet parking is easy-to-use: in,out or just need to get something out of your car. Continental breakfast is new. Everything fresh. Coffee freshly ground and hot. Rooms are clean and hotel is quiet."
"Frank at the front desk was extremely friendly and went out of his way to help. He even gave us a little tour of the place. Also Andrew was very friendly and helped us with our bags."
"The elevator was broken and the central air was down. This was not communicated to us before we arrived so we could not make other accommodations. They did have a window AC. However this made it so we couldn’t pull the shade all the way down. We didn’t get a good night’s sleep with the sun pouring in. We were in the area for our anniversary. Highly disappointed. I did try to resolve this by reaching out to management but did not hear back.
