"Although on the main street, it is tucked away with a lot of space and very comfortable. A five minute walk to the beach. One can explore the area completely on foot. I especially appreciated that Tica massage was 30 seconds from my front door! I loved that there were two doors in the room, which allowed a crossbreeze, lots of light and a sweet little patio to sit and read."

"We had an amazing stay at TM. The staff is extremely friendly and attentive. We worked closely with their concierge for planning surf lessons, massages, and dining. The shuttle to and from their beach cafe is also very useful and convenient. the property being in the hills of Nosara provides a beautiful and quiet retreat. We ate at the restaurant, Huacas, for most of our meals and loved all the options. We would highly recommend TM and Huacas if you are thinking of staying in Nosara. "

"The property, which is in a natural preserve, needs better upkeep. The rooms are dated and our bathroom had lots of mold, which is totally unacceptable. Also, the rooms are spread all around the property through trails and you go up and down the mountain to reach them. This, in the suffocating heat and humidity, is exhausting. There is no A/C anywhere in the property except the bedrooms. The restaurant is ok, but again: no A/C, limited options. The one shining pearl in all this was the SPA. I had a relaxing massage with Fanny, which was fantastic."
