"Truly a fantastic property. Definitely rent both casitas if you can but even if you share, the garden and pool area is divine. Monkeys, birds, iguanas…and the pool is perfect. The casitas has everything you need, perfect for 2 people. Nice linens and towels and the AC worked perfectly. The lockbox code number was incorrect but the host contacted me within 20 minutes or so. I would definitely stay here again, being sure I had family or friends in the other house."

Kendra is the owner and went above and beyond to ensure a wonderful stay. She was readily available and helped us navigate everything from questions about the house to recommendations for dining and activities. Be sure to communicate with her ahead of time to ensure a smooth check in. This was our first visit to Costa Rica and I miss it already."

"This was our first visit to Costa Rica. Our family of 5 plus my 2 in-laws stayed at Nueva Vida. The house was awesome! The living/dining area was spacious, and the bedrooms were very comfortable. We spent most of our time at the beach or hangin out in the amazing pool/patio area at the house. "Was tricky to find without a map or GPS. Beautiful little cottage (2 on the property) with 2 BRs, bathroom, living/dining room, and kitchen. Nice outdoor space and chairs and umbrella to take to the beach."

"The house is simple and elegant. It had everything we needed for our 18 day stay. The whole space, inside and outside was kept clean. The kitchen worked well for cooking with spices already in place. The pool was a great afternoon cooling respite for us. The driveway was steep but was manageable and good exercise. "Javier is an excellent host. Communicates well and is very responsive. Condo is a 13-minute walk from Playa Pelada and the beachside Olga’s Restaurant is highly recommended. Modern bathrooms and kitchen with plenty of water pressure. Air conditioning in bedrooms works well. Comfortable beds. Pool is a small plunge pool, handy for cooling off. "Stayed here for guys surf trip. Great layout for 3-4 individuals with own private sleep areas and common rooms. Plunge pool was great for quick cool down and hang out area. 5 min walk to Bodhi Tree yoga resort which had classes every hour plus great breakfasts. 10-15 min walk to town or can call tuk-tuk.
