"It's all about location, and this is a prime one! The unit itself was clean and a great size for the two of us. We like to cook on our trips, and the kitchen was a little sparse, but it was fine, and everything else was great. Hosts were very friendly and helpful (as was their dog - friendly, I mean). "We were charmed by the Ley family as perfect hosts bringing us homemade breads and suggestions for excursions. The place was immaculate with well equipped kitchen and well designed large bathroom. Really appreciated to small water closet by the bedrooms. Located in a small village just 10 minutes away from Colmar. "2 people sleeping in the kitchen is not so nice. That room is too small with 2 adults and 4 big children. We didn’t like to eat inside where it was hot, and the place outside was not for us unfortunately. Then this terrace should not have been used for photo’s on the site. The church bells make too much noise. But it was very clean and the bathroom is nice, only the floor gets really wet when showering. "

"The hotel was absolutely charming, with a warm ambiance set in a quaint rustic town—an ideal escape from the bustle of Paris. The rooms had a great vibe and view, offered quality amenities, and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. It was a bit warm during our visit, so we really appreciated the in-room AC. The only drawback was our timing—visiting on a Sunday and Monday meant much of Obernai was closed, which made exploring a bit tricky. Still, it was a lovely overall experience!"
