A refined dwelling in the historic center of Cianazzo (Noto Alta), an elegant and silent area, in the shadow of the imposing dome of the Chiesa del SS. Crucifix, ideal for one or two couples, for a group of friends or for one or two families.

LA PERPETUA is composed on the ground floor of a living room / kitchen (where there is a sofa bed) and a large double bedroom with an exclusive bathroom (where it is possible to add a cot or a cot), and on the first floor of a double bedroom with exclusive bathroom and walk-in closet (where a cot can be added). The first floor room overlooks a very nice, comfortable and intimate terrace, dominated by the dome of the SS. Crucifix. The rooms are equipped with hot / cold air conditioning, TV and free Wi-Fi network.

LA PERPETUA is located in a very quiet neighborhood, strategic to reach the heart of Noto. Those staying in this house will certainly enjoy much relaxation and comfort.

LA PERPETUA is located in a historic, elegant and quiet alleyway accessed both from Via Principe Umberto and Via Sergio Sallicano, the main streets of the historic center of Cianazzo. It is located in a strategic position, because it is only three minutes from the spectacular staircases leading to the heart of the city of Noto.
From LA PERPETUA it is easy to get around easily on foot in the city, and is just a short walk from the shuttle bus stop to reach Lido di Noto and Calabernardo, the marine area 6 km from the city. It is about 5 km from San Corrado Fuori Le Mura, a suitable place for country walks or outdoor runs, 11 km from the Vendicari Nature Reserve and 23 km from Marzamemi. Nearby there is a newsstand, a bar, a pharmacy, a restaurant, a grocery store, a bakery, a tobacconist and mail. The property is absolutely beautifully finished and an amazing location in the heart of Noto. Communication was fantastic and Maria met us at the house and talked us through everything and was easily contactable. It’s worth noting that the terrace is off the master bedroom, but it’s a wonderful place. Thank you for having us!
