This hotel is owned by Hotel Flora. We checked in at Flora and then had a 5 minute walk to our hotel. Breakfast was at Flora as well. The hotel was in the center of Noto, within steps of many things to see and do. Very clean. Great cappuccino. Would definitely stay here again.

First of all we were told to arrive at Hotel Flora by Paulo to check in and then be transported to the room. No one at Hotel knew of Paulo and told us we couldn’t park there. I called Paulo and got a guy named Danielle. He came to Hotel Flora in a golf cart to get us and our luggage. I followed him in our rental car to free parking because I asked for it and he did help me park the car. When we got at Hotel National Dependance we paid for the room and then given a set of keys to a room where we had a terrible time getting the key to work to open doors. When we finally got into our room the room was clean but didn’t have any windows and the Towels on the bed said Hotel Flora. I thought that was all very odd! I don’t know what is going on but we booked a room at Hotel National Dependance not Hotel Flora. We had no real issues with the room but it didn’t suit our usual booking and expectations or level of service. Expedia needs to find out who is running the establishment and what the actual name of the business is. The name on Expedia and the name indicated in the hotel room contradicted each other. The good part about the location is that it was steps away from the sights in Noto. Very convenient.

El check in no se hace en la dirección indicada en el alojamiento sino en otro hotel, este alojamiento es una habitación con baño y ningún otro servicio en otro edificio. El alojamiento es nuevo, pero es muy ruidoso, el extractor no paró en toda la noche. Lo mejor la ubizcación.

Habitaciones agradables.

Las habitaciones están recién remodeladas, el lugar es muy céntrico, el personal del hotel son amables, te dan las.explicaciones necesarias, estás en pleno centro histórico de Noto. El único defecto que no tiene que ver con el hotel, es que abajo de las habitaciones hay un restaurante donde los propietarios pelean y no dejan dormir.

La camera era situata nella dependance, ma l'albergo offriva un servizio navetta per portare i bagagli dalla reception. Camera silenziosa, e pulita, come pure il bagno, all'ingresso della zona pedonale di Noto. Ottima la colazione (nell'albergo principale), molto variegata. Un po' carente il parcheggio riservato dell'albergo, anche se in strada è facile parcheggiare. Attenzione: anche se la pronotazione è a nome di "Porta Nazionale Dependance", l'albergo di fatto si chiama "Hotel Flora": questo mi ha generato un po' di confusione all'arrivo, ed ho dovuto chiamare la struttura per avere conferma

La posizione perfetta lasci la macchina e non devi usarla per niente tutto a portata di mano. Pulizia e cortesia, fanno da padroni; piccola pecca l’ordine di umidità che persiste (perché presente) all’entrata nella zona comune -cucina salotto. Spero provvedano è un peccato lasciar correre visto le camere arredate con cura e bagni nuovi. Cordiali saluti Melania

Ottima soluzione per visitare la superlativa Noto

Un'ottima soluzione per visitare la superlativa Noto. Le camere sono una dependance dell'Hotel Flora (3 stelle), che si trova a soli cento metri e dove bisogna recarsi per il Check in, il Check out, l'eventuale parcheggio gratuito dell'auto e il buon breakfast della mattina. Le camere danno direttamente sul corso pedonale principale di Noto, a due passi da tutta l'area del barocco netino. Questo è un privilegio, che però dai più sensibili potrebbe essere pagato in termini di tranquillità notturna. Tuttavia il bilancio è nettamente a favore per la grande location! Importante è pure la connessione all'albergo Hotel Flora, che assicura l'assistenza e i servizi di ottima qualità. Il personale è attento e gentilissimo!

non era quello che avevami richiesto. per andare in bagno bisogna fare una rampa di scale. ho avuto problemi di gola con il riscaldamento fatto con condizionatore a inverter che rende l'aria molto secca.
