"This hotel marketed itself as being available and we booked a room at 6 PM and received a message that a code needed to be entered to access the building. When we arrived late at night, the place was totally dark…although the code worked to get into the building, the machine that was to dispense a key to us for the room was completely nonfunctional, and we had to book alternative accommodation. The hotel refused to reimburse us for failing to provide us with a room and knowingly took our cash...

"Breakfast was good. Parking was adequate. Restaurant was good. Staff was good, including the restaurant. It’s in the middle of the midieval town, which was built on the rock cliffs. The river runs in the middle of the town, and there is a low level bridge at tge hotel to walk to a park across the river. We stayed here in early May, and the day we were there, the bridge was partially flooded. But the next morning the bridge was dry. The road bridge is way above, and never floods, so no worries....

"Family room was very clean and comfortable but actually two rooms with adjoining hallway which was harder for sharing chargers and toiletries."

"This was my second stay the location is ideal if taking an early train. You can easily walk to the city center and there are trams just across the street if you prefer not to walk. This hotel offers a very clean room with a comfortable bed and air conditioning at a reasonable rate. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast offers a good assortment of items and beverages but no hot foods,"
