"I notified the hotel about our arrival to Marseille, renting a car, going to Gaya Hotel. When we arrived- no signs of a hotel at this address. Nobody answered multiple calls. I thought it would have been cleaned only when i put the sign to ask for housekeeping. The ventilation of other rooms seemed no working so I smell when the neighbors were cooking.
