Charming Vendée-style house with a red brick entrance, located close to shops and the beach, and just steps from the forest.
It is 800 m from the beach and 700 m from shops.
The setting is perfect for a relaxing holiday, with its enclosed garden offering a shaded area for meals and lounging.

The holiday rental comprises:

- A fully equipped kitchen opening onto the living area: fridge-freezer, oven, gas hob, extractor hood, dishwasher,

a living room with armchairs and a television.

- Bedroom 1: 2 single beds (90cm), wardrobe
