"Stayed there because my wife had an operation. When we arrived we had a room with double beds instead of queens, asked to upgrade my room, not free but willing to pay the extra was told i could not. Staff said they would bring a comfortable chair for my wife… never did. When talking with manager at check out apparently the clerk was new and didn’t know i could upgrade. Well too late now, horrible stay as wife was in pain. 3 hours drives home would have been better. No compensation nothing offered appart from a sorry"

"We absolutely loved our stay at Le Manoir! It was so bright and airy! Everything was so clean and nicely decorated! We skied all day and came back for a nice soak in the hot tub! Beautiful views! Made some great memories with family! I would definitely recommend this place. Our host was great to deal with! "
