Welcome to our Apartments. A duo of beautifully finished living spaces, in a central Nottingham location. You can immediately see how much time and effort has gone into creating a stunning apartment with everything you’ll need for a comfortable and memorable stay. The decor is modern yet still manages to keep its period charm and is bright and welcoming throughout, thanks to a high specification finish. The bedroom features a beautifully presented double pocket sprung bed and plenty of space for your luggage. The open plan living area features a comfy sofa which can be transformed into a cosy bed for extra guests, a 43” widescreen smart television, and a dining table for eating in. This leads into a fully fitted kitchen with brand new white units, black quartz worktops and all the appliances you’ll need including a Nespresso coffee machine. A range of fair trade hot drinks are provided.

There is a modern shower room and cruelty free toiletries are provided. Fresh soft white bath sheets are provided for each guest.

Throughout the apartment secondary double glazing has been installed for both warmth and sound reduction, and blackout curtains make sure you can get a good night’s rest. All this adds up to a super cosy and welcoming home away from home.

This apartment is on the top floor so benefits from being undisturbed by other guests. Unfortunately there is no lift available but we are onsite most days and happy to help with luggage subject to availability.

Your hosts are delighted to make their beautifully refurbished apartment exclusively yours for the duration of your stay. The apartment is accessed via a communal staircase from street level. Sorry, but there is no elevator within the building.

You couldn’t wish for a more central Nottingham location than this. The city’s bars, restaurants and shops are right on your doorstep (and that’s no exaggeration). The Old Market Square, the largest square of its kind in the UK, is seconds away and is a lively area of the city. If you’re in town for a show, the Theatre Royal Concert Hall is just down the road. It plays host to live music performances all year round. Less than a minute to the Cornerhouse for Imax Cineworld, casino and even bowling! If you’re visiting on business or for a big event, like a wedding, Nottingham Conference Centre is within walking distance of the apartment, while a little further afield, but still easily reached by public transport, is Trent Bridge, venue for cricket test matches, one-dayers and Twenty20 games every summer.

As you might expect from somewhere so central, there are plenty of transport options to choose from. Trams run along the road outside the apartment, whisking you all around a city that’s well served by buses and taxis & uber too. There are plenty of traffic-free cycle routes, ideal if you like getting around at your own pace. The town itself is close to the M1 motorway, a major road running up the spine of England bringing places like Manchester, Leeds and York to the north within easy reach by car, as well as London to the south. But given the central location of the apartment, chances are you’ll be able to reach wherever you need to go on foot.

To enhance our guests' stay, we provide toiletries and other amenities upon arrival, ensuring a great start to your experience. For further items or supplies their are a wealth of nearby shops, as we do not offer replenishment services.

This accommodation is self check in. There are supermarkets nearby, some with options for click and collect or home delivery so you can stock up with whatever you’ll need during your stay. This property is welcoming, comfortable, secure and will be the perfect home away from home.

Please note that as the property is situated in the city centre, it is possible to hear sounds from surrounding businesses particularly if any of the windows are open. These sounds are beyond our control.
