Check in was slow, a few customers in front of me but still seemed to take to long, and the elevator is tye slowest moving lift i have ever used just a painful experience to get from the reception to my room, staff were polite gitel very quiet, room had a sliht damp smell and the mattress on bed was weak around tgr edges so it felt like you was sliding off if you sleep on the edge like me, brrakfast was nice

Comfortable place with good facilities. Room a little small for a double but the bed was comfortable. Parking a bit of a hassle but that goes with the territory as this is right in the centre of town. Nice breakfast with good service and friendly hosts.

As expected, clean, great service, quiet. Compliments to the breakfast staff. With a family member who cannot eat Gluten or dairy, and usually stays away from buffet and hotel breakfasts, we were pleased to find a separate area for gluten free cereal and toast, with a dedicated toaster. A red brick building in the centre of Nottingham opposite the Victoria Centre, the Hilton is ideally located for shopping and dining. The rooms are large, comfortable and well equipped. Breakfast is excellent in terms of quality, choice and quantity and all staff encountered were friendly and helpful.

shower in room did not drain very well, gym and pool looking a bit tired and dated, no closed door wardrobe and hair dryer lacked any power, all in all a bit pricey for same as you would get in a budget hotel although being in city centre the location was ideal for going to theatre

Front doors to the hotel were locked during the day due to gangs of kids. Was informed by a local that there is a lot of street crime near the hotel.

Stayed for 1 night with my wife, arrived and received a glass of fizz which was nice, room had to be changed from an accessibility room ( automatically assigned to us) so ended up having to pay for upgrade of £10, give room 503 which was very nice but floor was very noisy walking across it, not ideal for room below, raised this with front desk when leaving to be told the building is over 100 years old, which is fine but none of the hallways had squeaky floors, apart from that ideal location for night out in the city centre
