Very friendly, clean, good shower, good parking.

Staff very pleasant, it's great that has 24hour reception staff and an area available to chill out. The Hotel is very clean with a spacious bathroom and a good shower. It would be could to have a spare pillow. The blinds don't close properly in room 21, it would be best to have black-out blinds. Over all very good, I would stay again. T.F.

Was cheap and the staff were awesome, but, like alot of places in the UK I guess, not fit for hot weather so was very hard to get any sleep during the heat wave as no air con and couldn't open window, and tiny room up high was very hot.

Stayed here for the night nefore my wedding with family n friends .my sons door didnt lock and reception wasnt bothered advertises they do breakfasts on the door but dont rooms and building very dated ordered travel cot got a single bed for 7month old wont be stopping again

Very Rude

Hotel was clean and comfortable. The guy on the reception desk (owner or manager) was not nice at all. When we went to check in at the time stated (2pm), he said we would have to wait as he only had two members of staff cleaning rooms. He also said that we shouldn't be checking in so early. When we said that we were just checking in at the time stated on the website, he said "Do you want to stay here or don't you?" Very aggressively. Won't be staying here again purely down to this man.

Terrible. Worst “hotel” during our round the UK trip and even made me disappointed about Nottingham! The hotel has limited parking onsite. We arrived the hotel around 6pm but the onsite parking (only 8 places?) has already full. We then temporarily park the car in front of the hotel entrance (not safe coz it is by the main road and it was at rush hour with busy traffic) and we asked the staff about parking. But the staff did not tell us immediately, instead, he used a lot of time “helping” us check in… (the car is not safe at that time that place!) Finally after we parked near by (off street parking), nightmare started when we get into our room. The room is just not clean. You can see stains on bedding… and can you believe the wash basin is outside bathroom facing our bed…?

Not a bad stay

Didn’t need to check in until around 9pm, no parking spaces out front so had to park down the road. Guy at the desk was friendly and helpful. Room was small but clean, some holes in the walls but overall okay. Comfy bed with a tv provided along with tea, coffee, sugar and milk. Light above bed didn’t work unfortunately. On the sign in the room it informed me that breakfast was served 7-9, went downstairs at 8.30am on Sunday morning and informed by other visitors that the hotel “had decided not to do breakfast” that morning which was a big disappointment, more so that I wasn’t told this on check in. Overall not a bad stay especially at the price

DON'T STAY IN THIS HOVEL!!

Absolutely terrible!!! the windows in the front are single glazed on a main road with a pub opposite playing VERY loud music until 2am!!! our double bed did fit in the room but absolutely nothing else..i had 60cm between the bed and the window. No bedside cabinet. However..i suppose you get what you paid for only £69..won't be doing that again. The ONLY positive was the guy on the desk who was very friendly...after we had checked in he decided to tell us about the pub over the road...should have mentioned it first.

Grim rooms and Very Noisy

In one word…. Grim! Rooms were poor at best, very very dated and in desperate need of modernising. VERY noisy from road noise 6am onwards but main problem was damn pub directly opposite which was booming out music until 3am on the Saturday night and 1am on the Friday… and the the road noise kicked in by 6am! Terrible stay did not sleep properly for two whole nights so it kind of spoilt my enjoyment of the beautiful city Nottingham. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND, you get what you pay for! 😬

There was no parking space for my car and the reason for booking it was the fact it was supposed to have parking space. The door lock was broken. Did not want to shut down. Radiator was heating on full all night and valve was broken so could not switch it off. I guess the radiator was never cleaned since new. So dirty. Bed sheets covered with stains and mould in the shower. Very uncomfortable beds. Price was way above the standard. Not recommended at all.

Ideal for a short cheap stay

Ideal for a short cheap one night stay with the room having all the necessities, with TV. kettle, shower and good internet connection. Although the room was fairly basic I cannot complain at the price and was all I needed. Not sure I would want to stay for any extended period as the overly brown decor would have got on my nerves eventually.
