The hotel was super clean, had great amenities and the sheets were super soft and towels were extra large. The buffet breakfast was nice and good value.

A truly lovely stay! Everything was just perfect. The room was modern, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything I needed. Everything was spotlessly clean and beautifully maintained. The staff were consistently helpful and accommodating, whether it was helping me with a broken phone charger, sorting out a coffee when the machine wasn’t working, or making my 4:00 a.m. check-out for an early airport departure completely seamless. Angelika deserves a special mention for her warmth and genuine care. I really appreciated our interaction, which made my stay even more memorable. Both the indoor and outdoor spaces were peaceful and serene, making it the perfect environment for getting work done as well as relaxing. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, thoughtful service, and a tranquil atmosphere.

Great location, I’ve stayed here many times over the past few years. Hotel offers free car parking. And great views of Jubilee Campus. The Flexi card (to access the room using my phone) didn’t work. So I had to get a physical card. But other than that - a straightforward visit. Sometimes noise from the atrium did echo around the building - but it wasn’t a huge problem

Hotel is near the Jubilee campus but not near city centre. Clean and big room and staff was helpful. We had to pay for carpark at £6 per day. There used to be free carpark before this. It would be good if hotel guests are given free carpark like before as the price of the hotel stay is not cheap.
