It's a busy venue, with a large amount of upsell, parking at a fee, spa at a fee etc.etc. Rooms very clean, spacious and had good WiFi. There was a good vibe at the hotel bar if that is your thing.

The hotel is in a great location with a retail park close by. A good cable for money hotel. The bedrooms are a good size with fabulous showers. The pool, steam room and sauna were really nice. The restaurant breakfast was the standard village offering. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

An excellent option for a visit to the National Hockey Centre (our purpose) or for the tennis / university events. A very handy retail park is across the car park. Food was very good and other options are nearby. A handy Starbucks is in the hotel if you need a grab and go option. We didn't use the leisure facilities due to lack of time but they looked great.

Staff very helpful as we had to change Club rooms as there was an issue with the toilet in our room. The room was changed in the afternoon, I did leave my new mains multi charger and lead for my apple phone in the room when I checked out but when I phoned the hotel up the next day it had not been handed into reception. I was not happy at all as my partner and myself were certain we left it there. There was also children jumping into the pool and using the jacuzzi when we used the facilities which is dangerous. These ared my only complaints about the hotel.

Room didn’t feel particularly clean, found more than a few marks and hairs on the bed. Didn’t expect the pool to be full of families and children as it seems to be part of a leisure centre, not just for hotel guests, so wasn’t a nice experience for using the sauna and steam room, and also wasn’t a clean area. Staff were disinterested and slow at the front desk, and I heard them telling some other hotel guests as I was leaving that the pool was at capacity, which is something to bear in mind when booking, as I had booked this hotel specifically so I could use the sauna and steam room as well. The room was shabbier than I’d expected although I did appreciate the amenities such as ironing board. Overall I didn’t really enjoy my stay and expected more for the price. I wouldn’t return.

I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel so welcome with their kindness and professionalism. Their warm hospitality really made my experience special. I also loved the amenities — everything was well-maintained and added so much comfort to my stay. The food was absolutely delicious, and every meal was something to look forward to. Thank you to the entire team for making my visit so memorable. I genuinely appreciated the care and effort, and I would be happy to return again.
