"Lors de notre réservation avec Hotel.com, nous avons réservé une chambre pour 2 personnes avec les petits déjeuner inclus, au moment de rendre les clefs, il nous est demandé de régler ceux-ci, montrant la capture d'écran sur lequel il est bien stipulé que 2 petits déjeuner sont compris, rien à faire le réceptionnaire part dans des explications dont nous n'avons cure, au final nous en avons payé 1, et surtout avoir été pris pour des pigeons !
