"In short: one of the worst experiences I've ever had. Worst of all is the customer service. There was only one person at reception who spoke poor English. All the rest of the staff speak only German, all information and signs are in German. When checking in, we did not receive any information about amenities, facilities, absolutely nothing. "Do not do this to yourself! This place is outdated, weird, and uncomfortable. Here is what we did not like: - You can only pay in cash, they are under some sanctions, or mafia or whatever, but they are quite aggressive at the end that you need to pay cash - Rooms are spacious and clean but need major update - sinks are cracked, beds uncomfortable - SPA is very outdated, feels more like hospital, got an overpriced massage that was weird, creepy and in not so clean and comfortable...
