The Princess 1 - Premium apartment for seven with a pool

The Princessis a newly built premium house with six apartments. It has a pool, sun deck and a space for socializing. The house is located near the center of Novalja and yet in a quiet street. All six apartments are modernly decorated. Apartments are fully equipped with a kitchen, dining room, bathroom, air conditioning, wi-fi and the terrace. There are six apartments for sevenpeople where one bedroom has double bed, second berdoom has three single bedsand one sofa bed for two in the living room.

Glorious residence!

Nous sommes venu à 5 personnes de France, pour venir profiter des soirées à ZRCE Beach. A quelques minutes de la plage en taxi, nous avons pu nous reposer au calme entre chaque soirée. Arrivée tardive et départ très matinal n'ont pas dérangé nos hôtes qui ont su s'adapter à nos horaires de voyages. Néanmoins les états des lieux sont fait très rapidement, heureusement que nous l'avons approfondis avec l'hôte le premier jour, car un lit cassé, manque ustensile de ménage, porte de douche qui ne ferme pas à 100% qui aurait pu ce retourner sur nous lors de notre départ si nous ne l'avions pas remarqué nous même. Dans l'ensemble nous avons passés un bon séjour dans le logement avec des hôtes très réactif par message en cas de besoin.

Glorious residence!

Krásné čisté ubytování, ale prosili jsme o dřívější příjezd, hostitel nám nebyl schopný říct, jestli to je možné a popřípadě v kolik. domluvili jsme se na čase, kdy se ozve, zda je pokoj připraven, nic se nedělo, až po naší další urgenci přišla odpověď. Okolí je klidné, ale všude bylo spoustu nedopalku od cigaret, odpatky, vršky od piva hlavně kolem bazénu. Po terase nám neustále chodili cizí lidi a nahlíželi dovnitř přes okna. Chyběla mikrovlnná trouba, mýdlo v koupelně, háčky na ručníky, sušák na plavky. Chtěli po nás umýt nádobí při odjezdu, ale houbičky na nádobí jsme si museli koupit sami. Voda v bazénu strašně studená, ale krásně čistá. Ovšem se tam koupali i děti z ulice. Což nám vadilo. Při odjezdu jsme měli počkat na někoho z agentury, že si pokoj převezene, čekali jsme hodinu, kontaktovala jsem hostitele, ale žádná odpověď, tak jsme odjeli. Znova bychom jeli asi jinam.

Great stay!

The apartment and the pool were beautiful, the host was very nice and helpfull. The floor was a bit dirty, but overall great experience! Also, very good price and location.
