"Very good hôtel well locate near the train station and city. Very good breakfast, staff are very nice at the reception and at the breakfast room. The cleaning could of been better in the room, the carpet was not well clean with the vaccum and we left one day 2 dirty glasses and when we were back at night they were not change! have never been clean"

The service was excellent, and the staff was truly outstanding. We had the most amazing vacation and were thrilled to close out the ski resort for the 2026 season. "Great enjoyable experience in this beautifully designed new hotel. We truly loved the hospitality they offer. After a very warm welcome, we were personally escorted to our room, where everything was explained—no need to read manuals. We were also offered coffee in the lovely coffee corner opposite the room. The baths were the most amazing we have ever experienced. In today’s digital world full of self-service, we greatly appreciated this personal touch. After several days of hiking, it was the perfect place to feel comfortable and relaxed. This hotel is definitely on our short list to return to!"
