You could walk less than 5 minutes to the Mestre Centre, about 15 minutes to Venezia Centre train station and across the road (2 mins walk) was the bus station taking you to Venice and other routes. The room we stayed in easily accommodated 5 sleepers and had two bathrooms, which was very useful. The staff overseeing yeh studios were friendly and available. Always responding to any queries. "Amazing location, really friendly staff, the free bottle of fizz was a nice touch adter a long wait in the airport. Great breakfast and the room was lovely. Only one moan- it is a beautiful hotel, the restaurant and bar overlooks the canel with balconys that face the canal great for a drink and relax in the sunshine - the bar does not open until 3pm. You have to leave the hotel to get a drink ! Definitely stay there again "
