"A really excellent hotel with added benefits of swimming pool, spa teatments available that unfortunately we weren't able to make use of because of our own schedule. Nor did we try the evening meal but if the breakfast was anything to go by that too would have been excellent. Lovely large room with balcony, immaculate bath and shower. And there is a type 2 car charger. Great hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay."

"An excellent room but not if you have difficulty with stairs. If you do make it clear when booking. Would have liked drink-making facilities in the room. The hotel supplied suggestions for places to eat and I made use of them. The places I tried were good decisions. Breakfasts were a good choice of continental style food and having drinks made to order was excellent. The room was clean and well maintained. Being so close to the Basilica and the historic centre was brilliant. I felt very comfortable as a solo traveller. "

"Hotel de La Ville is a useful place to stay when visiting Vicenza with a car. The rooms are everything you would expect and the breakfast buffet was good, including a good selection of fruit. It took us 15 minutes to walk to the city gate of Vicenza. "
