"Location is at the end of the road right in the middle of the hills. Pool is available and we enjoyed it. AC available, but we didnt use it. Perfectly if you prefer to be on your own, want to relax and cool down from daily life. We enjoyed our stay and the landlord showed up every 2-3 days to check if everythin is ok. And everything was ok. We can really commend this if you are looking for a location where you are for your own, can cool down and relax. Thanks a lot for everything!"

"Très bon séjour, accueil avec petits présents laissés par l'hôte, excellents échanges téléphoniques avec propriétaires Tea et Damir. Belle région pas trop envahiepar le tourisme. Parc de Plitvice et Parc de Velebit accessibles rapidement et splendides. A faireAccès par chemins, parking extérieur un peu loin pour charger ou décharger, ne surtout pas se garer près de l'autre maison..."

"A beautiful, peaceful property in the small village of Smokvica right by the sea. Lorena, the hostess, was on site to give us a warm friendly greeting. Also, she took us through out the property explaining everything and answered all our questions about the home and area. Everything was very well thought out for their guests. I would definitely recommend this excellent, beautiful property for wonderful, peaceful vacation. "
