The beautiful Villa Bianca is the perfect retreat from hot summer days. This villa is situated right by the emerald-green Adriatic Sea and just a few minutes’ drive from the city of Zadar, which is renowned for its historic attractions and charming sunsets. However, if you don’t fancy going for a walk or sightseeing, you can also spend your free time at the villa. This modern villa is largely minimalist in style, yet furnished with plenty of contemporary and eye-catching details.

The fully equipped house has 3 comfortable bedrooms and can accommodate up to 6+2 people. Just imagine: you’re lazing in the sun on the spacious sun terrace next to the inviting, heated pool, whilst the air smells of pine trees and the sea.This relaxing villa is situated in a small village, just a short drive from Zadar. Zadar is an ancient city well worth visiting, rich in cultural heritage and historical attractions. The famous Alfred Hitchcock said that Zadar has the most beautiful sunset – don’t miss it!

The old town boasts monuments from antiquity, the Middle Ages and the Renaissance: the Roman Forum (1st century), St Donat’s Church (9th century), St Mary’s Church (11th century, rebuilt in the 16th century), St Anastasia’s Cathedral (12th to 13th centuries), and sections of the defensive walls… Nowadays, Zadar is famous for the Sea Organ and the light installation ‘Pozdrav suncu’ (Greeting to the Sun).

Zadar boasts beaches, historic architecture and restaurants serving Mediterranean cuisine.

The national and nature parks (Krka Waterfalls, Kornati, Plitvice Lakes, Telašćica, Paklenica …) are also nearby. Close by is the River Zrmanja, which is famous for rafting.

If you’re looking for more fun, Zadar’s beach bars and cafés are open from sunset to sunrise. For night owls, Zadar has plenty of bars and clubs.
