One bedroom and a separate toilet are located on the first floor of the villa, while two other bedrooms are located on the second floor of this beautiful villa. You can spend the morning on the balcony on the second floor of the villa. Enjoy a cup of coffee surrounded by the unique Istrian atmosphere. Novigrad, once a peaceful fishing village, is an attractive tourist destination with the charm of a typical Mediterranean town. An essential part of Novigrad's gastronomic offer is certainly the tasting of Istrian products such as olive oil, honey, prosciutto and Istrian truffles, and in the summer months you will have a lot of fun in this small town by attending some of the cultural events. Experience not only the beautiful beaches, but also the beautiful old town of Novigrad, the Romanesque churches and visit numerous museums and galleries. Explore the surrounding towns of Umag and Porec. In Umag you will find Venetian houses and baroque churches and in Porec you will be amazed by the Euphrasian Basilica with Byzantine motifs. The temperature of the heated swimming pool depends on external factors, including weather conditions, and therefore the water temperature cannot be guaranteed.
