Villa Esmeralda II is a semi-detached house with three bedrooms in Novigrad. Guests have a swimming pool, sun loungers, shower, car park, garden furniture and barbecue at their disposal in their own garden.Novigrad is known for its well-preserved medieval centre, where narrow stone streets wind around the imposing church of St. Pelagia.Villa Esmeralda II consists of a ground floor with a living room, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen and a bedroom with a sofa bed, suitable for two children. On the first floor of the house there are two double bedrooms and a bathroom.Groups of young people under the age of 26 are not allowed. Villa Esmeralda I and Villa Esmeralda II can only be rented separately to guests. Group bookings are not permitted.Note: New houses have been built in front of and next to Villas Esmeralda I and II, changing the surroundings compared to the photos taken at the beginning of 2024. The villas still offer top-notch comfort, but the environment now provides less open views and privacy.
