The traditional stone Villa Ivan is located in the charming Dalmatian town of Novigrad, located in the bay of the Novigrad sea, and ideal for a family vacation and complete relaxation. For lovers of activities, there is the proximity of the Zrmanja river canyon, ideal for rafting. Also, not far away is Maslenički most, a popular destination for bungee jumping. The proximity of the city of Zadar will take care of additional facilities and fans of the hustle and bustle of the city.
Villa Ivan offers you everything you could want on vacation. The spacious garden has a terrace that surrounds the pool, a jacuzzi covered with a pergola, and a lounge and dining area with an outdoor grill, surrounded by a stone wall and olive trees for complete privacy. For your little ones, there is a children's playground with a trampoline. The spacious ground floor has a kitchen with access to the terrace, and a large area with a pool table, darts and table football. An added bonus is the sauna for complete relaxation.
The floor has a kitchen with a dining room, a living room with access to the balcony, and two bedrooms with their own bathroom, while on the third level there are two additional spacious bedrooms, with attached bathrooms, one of which has a sofa for two people.
