"The stay would have been so much better if staff at the desk were helpful. Upon check in, the staff were unwilling to help with information about transport into the old city, other than to say take a tram or taxi. I was looking for me details like where to get the tram from and the cost, but the man did not help further, just handed me a map. I later asked for directions to somewhere I could get food and was told just go up the road and you should find something (i didn’t). I wouldn’t stay here...

"Great price per night, the location was only 10 min walk from the city centre. The breakfast buffet was consistently nice and prevented me from wasting time finding breakfast, so for efficient travellers maximising their time this is a big deal! The staff was always friendly and helpful, speaking good English and respectful to all guests. The room was well finished and looked after also. This ticks all boxes from me. 5/5 for me."

"Excellent service, room to improve have small travel kits for sale at the front desk for late night case situation. Tooth paste, brush, also for people who have sinus issues having the older heat system work better then the new one. Caused lack of less. Overall great place people and views. "

"Super stay in the mountains. We arrived early and we’re able to check-in to an upgraded room because the hotel wasn’t busy. It’s not actually ski in/ski out but it’s not far to walk. The balcony is a sun trap and looks out on to the pistes. The restaurant had a good range of Bosnian and European food at very reasonable prices- handy as there are limited restaurants in resort. We found all of the staff to be friendly and helpful. We enjoyed using the pool and jacuzzi. The only downside was a...
