Minutes away from Montauk stores, restaurants and ocean-side public beach. Harbor very close as well - more good restaurants and ice cream. What more could you want?! Host was super-responsive and friendly. Would love to come back."

We were in Greenport for a Wedding and found the area full of things to do with many wineries and a fun downtown area with restaurants, bars and shopping. "Tim and Meg have created a perfect oasis for a weekend to a month in Montauk!! Everything you and your family could ask for is at your fingertips!! From a sound machine for our 3 month old to a wagon full of beach gear, this place has it all!! Our daughter didn’t ever want to leave this “hotel” which as fine by us….the deck was amazing for sipping rosè all day!! Can’t wait to be back next summer!!"
