"Absolutely Beautiful view The vibe and food was great. Just beware of the tics."

"Ferry lane parking was new to us. Had never seen such a concept."

"access"

"I have never written this before but the pictures you see do not do this property justice. I just loved this apartment. It had all the essentials. Hoping to stay again in the future. Our favorite part was how close it was to the beautiful beach."

"This was an amazing property and it was exactly what I was looking for. A friend and I came here for a writing retreat, but it could easily fit 4-5 people. Everything was clean, we were about 100 steps to the beach, and we especially enjoyed the backyard as a place to lounge and work. The area was quiet and the neighbors were super friendly. Hosts were great to communicate with too. I hope to be back one day!"

"Great place! So nice."

"Nice place"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property was exactly as described, very well maintained, comfortable, and welcoming. The location is ideal for exploring the Hamptons, with convenient access to Sag Harbor, East Hampton, and Bridgehampton. We would definitely recommend this property to others visiting the area."

"Great location and price. Easy and flexible check-in with great communication from host. The hot tub could be cleaner, there was a lot of debris caught around the drain when we used it. The main reason I am giving 4 stars is because there seems to be almost no sound-proofing between this unit and the one upstairs. There were two different bookings that overlapped with ours, and my partner and I could hear everything both stays were doing: every footstep, every word of their conversations,...

"Great location. Clean. Photos represent property well."
