"We stayed at this hotel on 23rd September 2025 in a family room. The only positive was the late self-check-in, which was quick and convenient. Unfortunately, the rest of our stay was very poor. The entire hotel, including the lobby and our room, had an overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke — it seemed ingrained in the walls and ceilings.
