One lady at lobby was less friendly when I was checking in on Sunday, but overall the experience was very positive. The breakfast had great options. "A gorgeous hotel in a prime location for exploring Lake Garda! We decided on a perfect balance of exploring and relaxing at the hotel, enjoying all the facilities that were on offer! The spa was so relaxing, and the staff were all so friendly. Reception kindly helped us with arranging scooter rental to head up to Limone and a private boat tour with local companies - both were amazing experiences! We were spoilt for choice of food on offer at breakfast, and we had dinner at the bar two nights in a row - so delicious and such a relaxed atmosphere! The room was gorgeous too, we didn't want to leave and this is the first hotel we’ve been to where we’ve discussed coming back for a repeat stay!"
