"Je n'ai jamais eu de mail d'expédia pour me prévenir de la réservation a part après le début du séjour. J'ai été prélevé par un compte inconnu sans la mention d'expédia. J'ai demandé un geste commercial sans succès auprès d'expédia et du gérant de l'hôtel ni du manager qui gère la réservation de l'autre côté de la Sardaigne.. Sadly the Manager can be off and on depending if he is selling you the dinner and other times demanding we return pool towels before he can issue new ones - leaving it in the room is not enough he said.
