"Well, this is one of the properties that will spoil you. The pictures and description are good, but to see it and live it in person is way better. Every bedroom has its bath, and the kid's rooms have six beds each. One Boys Room and One Girls Room. There was everything you needed to cook in the kitchen—and two corner stores within walking distance. Our kids went from the pool to the hot tub, to the beach, and back to the pool again. "Property is beautiful and house is huge, great for large family. Pool area is very nice but listing does not mention the property is very steep and there are 80+ steps to get down and up from there. Also listing is inaccurate and shows the property is right in town, when it’s actually 7 or so kilometres out of town, and a car is necessary. Great house and grounds, lovely scenic area but be aware of listing inaccuracies."

"We enjoyed our stay at Villa Serenidad with its gorgeous view in a safe, quiet location and a short drive to restaurants and stores. The villa is beautiful and roomy, but it needs some attention inside and out before it falls into disrepair. "Todo estuvo perfecto, solo pienso que si deben controlar un poco las personas que se hospedan en las cabañas, ejemplo: todas las cabañas que estábamos eramos familias con niños solo una donde todos eran jóvenes, esa cabaña tenia música y bulla hasta altas horas de la noche y aunque varios de las otras cabañas fuimos a decirles nunca pararon y no había nadie en recepción para que hiciera algo."

This is where our kids were going to sleep and that fact made it impossible so they were stuck on the pull-out coach (4th bedroom). "In need of some getaway time, and an itch to explore a new country. The Bahia is the place - perfect locale in Gorgona. The complex is kept up to resort-like standards. Soft sand beaches, warm ocean, and views on views from the amazing deck. On-site staff is amazing. Don’t skip the beach bar, especially happy hour. If you want endless views, a constant breeze and a place to call home (away from home), stay here. It was just me and my wife, but the unit checks all the boxes when looking for a beach stay. Lots of friendly locals and expats, all willing to help out. Book it. You can thank me later. "

"Very easy check in and out, Amazing staff great location and delicious food. The beds were comfortable. My kids really enjoyed the water slides and beach it was definitely worth the drive from the airport. My family and I really enjoyed the wildlife. We will definitely be back for a longer stay."

Good but not for long stay

"The condo was adequate but very poorly outfitted with essentials. Had no internet for 6 days and the owner/property manager refused to answer our texts and emails and VRBO was not the least helpful. Never heard back from either one once the issue was resolved by a technician. No aplology. "

"The accommodations were just as described in the listing. The beds were comfortable and the views were great. We were able to take long walks on the beach and the pools were not over crowded. There were a few restaurants within walking distance and groceries stores within a 5 minute drive. We enjoyed our stay and Donna was very easy to communicate with. A great host"

"Very cute, clean, comfortable 3 star resort. If you're looking for 5 star amenities, don't stay here. But if you're ok with a nice room, clean pools, they have 2, small outdoor restaurant, well manicured tropical landscaping, Las Catalinas Coronado is for you!"
