Room was very clean. No loud noise. AC worked great. Break menu was good. But i only got Menudo and a coffee before we drove back to Phoenix. I will stay there everytime we go tho Casas Grandes

No coffee in the rooms is a BIG drawback for me. I asked for coffee pot and they said no but that they had coffee in the lobby 24 hours a day. They sure do INSTANT. That for me is not acceptable. I went outside when it was dark and I could see into a room that had a shelf of little coffee pots. You have such a nice hotel and don’t provide coffee in the rooms is very odd. Why is that?
