Staff and service is amazing, food for the most part was good a bit more variety would have been wonderful. Not all rooms have been updated but beds were awesome. They were having some issues with the AC so we had to switch rooms that took a bit but new room was renovated and lovely.

My favorite thing about the hotel was the convenience of having a mall with a laundromat, supermarket, hairdresser, souvenir store, and pharmacy within a five minute walk. What I didn't like was that the coffee cups were often not washed thoroughly and the food was salty.
